§ 00 / who we are

A small studio in Dumaguete, shipping real software.

StratBit has been designing, building, and maintaining digital products for clients across the Philippines for years. We are small on purpose — the same people who sell the project build it, ship it, and stay on to keep it alive.

§ 01 / beliefs

We would rather ship something honest than pitch something shiny. Every project we take on has a real deadline, a real budget, and a real person who has to live with the result. That shapes every decision we make.

Good software starts with good questions. Before we write any code, we spend time with the people who will use the thing — understanding what they actually need to get done, not just what they think they want. Most of our best decisions get made in the first week.

We work on tight scope, clean code, and honest timelines. If something looks like it is going to slip, we say so early. If a feature is not worth building, we push back. Clients tell us this is the part they remember.

§ 02 / values

Ship
Working software beats perfect slides. We build in small steps and deploy often so the work is always real and reviewable.
Care
Sites need maintenance, and maintenance is where most of them fall apart. We don't ghost after launch — we stay on to keep the thing healthy.
Honesty
If we are the wrong team for your project, we will say so and point you somewhere better. If something is going to take longer than we thought, we tell you the day we find out.
