§ 02 / the problem
Venues were running on spreadsheets and group chats.
Racquet sports exploded across Southeast Asia faster than the tools to run the venues. Owners were stitching together a booking calendar here, a Viber group there, a handwritten cash tally at the counter, and a separate spreadsheet for coaches and expenses. Players had no way to reserve a court without messaging someone. Nothing reconciled at the end of the day.

Put the whole operation on one screen.
PlayServe is an all-in-one platform that collapses booking, POS, payments, inventory, staff roles, open-play sessions, queues, coaching, vouchers, and expenses into one dashboard. Players book courts with GCash, Maya, QR Ph, or card; staff check them in with a QR code; the owner sees the cash drawer, the day’s bookings, and the month’s numbers without opening a second tab.
