Press date in six weeks. No site yet.
The OSA.ph team had a scheduled press moment and needed a credible marketing site before it landed. The product was still evolving, the pitch was still being written, and there was no room for a long discovery phase. Whatever we shipped had to be finished, not half-finished, by the date.
§ 03 / our approach
Short scope, tight defaults.
We cut everything that wasn't on the critical path for launch. One design system, one typography scale, one set of components. Copy got written alongside build so nobody was waiting on anybody. The site shipped two days before the press date and the team had room to adjust based on what the press actually asked.
