§ 02 / the problem
Rooms and activities kept fighting each other.
Tierra Alta sells two things: overnight stays and day-trip packages. On the old site, those two offers competed for the same hero slot, and whoever lost that week's priority ended up buried two menus deep. Walk-in guests and advance bookers wanted different things and the site was pretending they were the same audience.
§ 03 / our approach
Two entrances, one checkout.
We split the navigation into two clear tracks — Stay and Visit — each with its own hero, its own story, and its own booking flow. Behind them both, the checkout and payment integration are shared, so the WooCommerce dashboard stays simple for the ops team. Guests now land where they need to be in one click.
